What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +
MOQ varies depending on the product type, fabric, and manufacturing complexity. Generally, we work with orders starting from 500–1,000 pieces per style. Contact us with your specific requirements and we'll advise accordingly.
How long does it take to develop a sample? +
Proto samples typically take 10–15 business days after receipt of full technical details and fabric confirmation. Fit and pre-production samples follow thereafter. We keep you updated throughout the development process.
Do you handle shipping and customs documentation? +
Yes. We coordinate all export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and GSP certificates. We work with trusted freight forwarders to ensure smooth, on-time shipment to your destination.
How do you ensure social compliance? +
We work exclusively with factories that adhere to international labor standards. All partner factories undergo regular compliance audits covering health & safety, working hours, wages, and environmental standards. We provide full transparency on our supply chain.
Can you work with our existing designs and tech packs? +
Absolutely. We regularly work with client-supplied tech packs, CADs, and reference samples. Alternatively, our in-house product development team can create full tech packs from concept sketches or mood boards.
